4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Access to the Services may require a subscription fee, billed as specified in your plan.
- All payments must be made in accordance with the selected payment method.
- Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
- Securemarts may update pricing at any time; existing subscribers will be notified in advance.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, software, and documentation provided by Securemarts are owned by or licensed to Securemarts.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business.

10. Limitation of Liability

- Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
