Build the systemmerchants run on

We are a small team building commerce infrastructure for businesses that have been making do with a notebook, a group chat and three spreadsheets. The work is unglamorous and it matters.

Why here

Small team, real users, short distance to the merchant

Nobody here is more than one conversation away from somebody running a shop. What you build on Monday is somebody's Tuesday, and you will hear about it either way.

Ship, then talk about it

We would rather put a rough version in front of a merchant this week than a polished plan in front of each other.

Own the whole problem

Roles here are wide. You will follow a feature from the conversation that prompted it through to the merchant using it.

Say the hard thing early

A deadline that will slip, a design that will not work, a number that looks wrong. Early is cheap and late is expensive.

Write things down

Decisions live in writing, not in somebody's memory of a call, so the next person does not have to reconstruct them.

Open roles

No published roles right now

We are not advertising positions this month. Early roles are opening across product, engineering, design and merchant success, and the list below is how you hear first.

Think you are an exception?

If you have built something we should see, send it with a paragraph on why this problem interests you. We read every one.
