Why we build this
Most merchants we meet are not short of ambition. They are short of a system. The stock count lives in a notebook, the orders live in a group chat, the money lives in three different apps, and the person who knows how it all fits together is the owner, who is also the person who cannot take a day off.
The tools that promise to fix this are usually built for somewhere else. They assume reliable connectivity, card-only payments, one warehouse, and a customer who never asks to pay on delivery. Then they charge in dollars.
So we build the other thing: one system that holds the storefront, the counter, the stock, the money and the delivery together, and that behaves sensibly when the network drops or the customer pays cash. Not simpler than the business, just not harder than it needs to be.

Honest software
If a feature is limited, the interface says so. We would rather lose a signup than win one on a promise the product cannot keep.
Built with merchants
Most of what ships started as someone describing their week to us. We would rather fix a real Tuesday than a hypothetical one.
Your data is yours
Products, customers and orders export whenever you ask. Leaving should be a button, not a negotiation.
Boring where it counts
Money, stock and orders should be predictable and legible. We save the ambition for the parts that can afford it.
